YEAAAP I'm back.. after long ardous journeys of mood swings i'm back...

anyway I've just finished reading this book :

-looks like a textbook

heavy heavy heavy..

*sigh*

but it was really really really GOOD!

and plus I bought it for only IDR 30.00-60.000

what a bargain!

the guy who wrote is somekind of a scholar genius

Jed Rubenfeld is :

"Rubenfeld was a summa cum laude graduate of Princeton University (A.B., 1980) and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., 1986).

AND

He also studied theater in the Drama Division of the Juilliard School between 1980-1982. Rubenfeld clerked for Judge Joseph T. Sneed on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1986-1987.

After his clerkship, he worked as an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as an assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York.

He joined the Yale Law School faculty in 1990 and was appointed to a full professorship in 1994. Rubenfeld has also taught as a visiting professor at both the Stanford Law School and the Duke University School of Law.

 which is no wonder that the novel is really really hard to comprehend with mere English as a second languange brain..

it was written in scientific and middle english languages and of course...

I had had hard times reading it..

which means :

 I had to flip open my electronic dictionary quite a few times while reading it (per sentence) hahahahaa...

but somehow I was trully engaged with the book ..

the plot was nice,alluring, no-boring

plus I'm in love with the crime ANALYSIS'

not only Sherlockly but also Freudly

well here's something I recalled when I was buying the book...

bunch of ladies walked by the discounted books piles and said

" How could there be anything good in these? "

that's exactly why I don't do paradigm...
